[寻找] System Diagnostic Software

I was wondering if anyone out there could recommend me a free download system diagnostic tool...

I got a refurbished HP computer from BestBuy, pretty good deal..but since it is refurbished, it's only covered 90 days for warranty..I need to do some system test myself in this 90 days.
