110刀应该不会是dangerous driving。

俺有一朋友在两个月内连吃两张ticket，说是dangerous driving。呵呵，来年保险从140/M涨到700/M，还说6年内保险至少比普通的高100%。他老兄干脆把车卖了，准备苟几年。

我这种情况要涨多少钱，有数吗？
和修车费有关系吗？

我在美国一周就吃了两张罚单。好在不是在加拿大。

If your licence is Ontario, get ticket at Quebec, don't need pay, Quebec Transpotation doesn't commnunicate with Ontario Transprotation.
But be care for next time at Quebec.

我这种情况要涨多少钱，有数吗？

好象和修车的费用关系不大。保险公司似乎只看问题的严重程度，而不看到底用了多少钱。Dangerous driving是ticket中最高档次的，罚上300刀是绰绰有余的。

我一个在村里的朋友去年撞的车，reason是fail to observe when making left turn。修车总共花了8000刀，还罚了100刀，扣3点。此老兄在premium都涨的情况下，也就从120刀涨到了199刀，不能算狠。

我说的那个在限速60的local开到了180KM/H ，当场给抓住，驾照吊销。此老兄还背了另外6点没取消呢。 我都怀疑够得上刑事犯罪了。

我也吃过一罚单，不是超速，是撞车，罚110刀，当时什么都不懂，也不知道扣没扣点，现在有什么方法能查出？

查点要花点钱。通常在你交了罚款后一个月内会收到一封信，告诉你几点。

1)比指定时速超过50公里或以上, 扣6点;
2)比指定时速超过30公里及49公里之内, 扣4点;
3)比指定时速超过16公里及29公里内, 扣3点.

所有新考牌者,将受驾驶过失点的限制,要遵守驾驶行为2年.如在两年内有超过6点或以上,将被吊销牌照30天.

前面对，后面大错。
G2， 6点可能面谈，9点可能暂停牌照60天
(9点，不是6点，是可能暂停，不是将被吊销)

G照，9点可能面谈，15点可能暂停牌照30天
(15点！)

可见拿G照的好处不仅在于驾车可喝点酒，建议大家拿个G照。

At 15 or more points, your licence will be suspended for 30 days from the date you surrender it to the Ministry of Transportation for the first suspension. You can lose your licence for up to two years if you fail to surrender your licence.

我可没在401上吃过罚单，不过到是上过魁北克的法庭(打赢了)。
Anyway，100的地方开140，罚款倒是小事，扣点是大事。我觉得无论如何得去法庭fight fight。有以下几点可利用：
1。警察如何判断你是开了149?如果只是估计，你或许可以讨讨价；
2。如果出庭时警察没去，代理人也没去，就走运了；
3。如果只代理人去，通常会给你一个offer，把149降到129；
4。如果警察去了，向法官申请改期。

不过无论如何，以后别开快车了，安全第一。

not only quebec, N.Y state and another state of U.S ( can not remember ) are linked together with ontario.

魁省法庭多长时间发传票呀？我都4个多月了没见到传票，三个月时来了一封信罚款从210涨到了256。等传票都等不到。

我等了有大半年，还以为他们把我的文件搞丢了呢。
