有人能帮助我吗？为什么换挡的时候这么困难？从后退当换到停车当阻力很大。

Open the hood. When some body move the shift you will see the shift cable push/drag a metal plate which attached to the gear box. From there you can tell the problem from the cable or the problem from the gear box.
Drive your car to my shop I will check for you.
