精华 如何自酿啤酒

温度低得时候倒是有办法----有专门的电加热带,套在桶臂上正好。
如果你去的那个地方,非浓缩葡萄汁那么便宜一定告诉我们。
我们找到最便宜的地方是costco,60刀一桶-----注意,是桶装原汁,不是浓缩汁。

Maybe it's the lower level wine kit. I made wine several times from winkitz, it cost me above $110.

It seems the alcohol is much lower than the beer of beerstore (only 1% to 5%).

Tonight I'll transfer it to carboy.

酒精度

酒精度取决于葡萄糖的用量。一公斤葡萄糖产生的酒精度应该在4%以上。1。2公斤的葡萄糖产生的酒精度要超过5%
说明书上一般推荐用1公斤葡萄糖,自己可以酌量多加或少加点
 
Another question:

The beer has been put in carboy for ten days. I still can see some bubbles coming out and some foam on the surface.

When can I bottle it? Suppose 2 weeke is enough.

不管如何,明天装瓶了。感觉汽泡少多了,但表面仍有一些泡沫。

问题:我不太会用那塑料管,常常是啤酒一会儿就停止往下
流了,我把桶放得够高的了。有什么诀窍吗?
