这几周来每天早上拿到报纸后的第一件事就是翻看一下刘永胜案件的过程。。。
经过五周的 TRAIL 和四天的DELIBRATION， 昨天陪审团宣布刘的一级谋杀罪成立。
A conviction on first-degree murder carries an automatic sentence of life with no eligibility for parole for 25 years, meaning Mr. Liu, a Chinese citizen, will not be release before 2027, at age of 62.
悲剧！
但我觉得更可悲的还是他们只有9岁的女儿。

This has been a long three years. She has not grown since her mother died and she has not developed. She is still like a seven-year-old. She has had to repeat Grade 3. i just hope she can go back to China to a loving family that awaits her"
"This doesn't change anything for that little girl" said Ms Parfett (Assitant Crown Attorney). "She still doesn't have a mother and she doesn't have a father"
成长于一个和睦的家庭，自己也没成家， 所以始终不能够理解。但愿类似的悲剧不会再发生吧。
