MUGEN is good, and raptor is another good chip. Don't know how much tuning you have on the ECU, I know running stock software that mugen gives does burn a bit of gas cause they love upping the TQ by remapping the fuel on lower RPMs.
I know a guy who got the K-Series hondata and 11hours of tuning and 63 dyno runs, all that cost him $1845 all together. When he was running his turbo set up his running at 223hp at the wheels, after the hondata and tuning, his running 289 at the wheels, and his car is perfect at every rpm.
When you do want turbo, do a few things, they are good for your car turbo or not. If you are getting kit, all those things will be included, so really you don't need to do all that.
Fuel line upgrade, bigger injectors, bigger or an extra fuel rail, a better fuel pump. Only thing you should add if you don't already have is probably just a cat-back.
The T3/T4 kit is going be around $4500 to get and should be up and running for $5000
There is another kit thats cheaper and faster spoon up, the GT2835, should be around $4000 for the kit and around $4500 to be up and running. Same gains, 75-100ph running at 7psi and safe on stock engine.
The snow trip is just going to either Camp Fortune or Mt St-maire or Volage for a day of ski and snowboarding. lol, you could drift if you want to, lol

VAFC will give u a bit if you get the perfect setup, but thats all you, as long as you tune it perfect, it can give a bit, exactly how much I don't know, but should be better than a good cat-back, plus your engine be running really good.
