You may apply for EI here as the two countries have a treaty. I don't know the detail. but you can search "Canada human resource EI" in google.ca and you can get the info. If you cannot, let me know. talk to them before you come here.

Anyway, i suggest you calm you down for a while, and then make your decision. Canada is not a good place to find a job, any kind of job I mean.

Thank you buddy Walker! I also heard that. But when I tried search this topic, there seems none. I also wonder how long I can stay in US before I must be present in Canada to collect the benefits. Are there any TN worker back to Canada while collecting EI benefits? Can you help me? Appreciated!
