请教电脑高手

我的电脑最近在用 Word 或者因特网的时候，用Scroll Down 和 Scroll Up 的时候都特慢。请问是什么原因？怎样修理？多谢。

开始时我也怀疑有病毒，所以我Format了我的电脑。在Format以前，只是在Word 李很慢。可是Format以后，在因特网上也很慢了。会不会是电脑的硬件或者软件出了毛病？

Two possibilities:
1) Your computer could be overheating, open the chasis, check if the fan still spinning right, most of time you need to clear it to restore the speed.
2) Hard drive has too many bad sectors, the virtual memory keeps relocating the new pages.

So, if it's not the first case, try buying a new hard drive to solve the second case.

先看看task manager里面什么进程占据CPU资源,有没有什么进程占据很多内存
