可能英语没有"很有诚意"这种表达方式,而这已经是最贴切的了

我觉得HT的really x 5 的说法很贴进生活.
另外, 也热情洋溢的表达了一个口吃市民热爱生活勇于生活的精神.

胡同说的没错，确实要有上下文才翻得贴切。
1、书面用语：sincerely
2、口头语：badly wanna, deadly wanna都可以
3、不太讲究礼貌的场合：damn well也可以
比如你和初次约会的女友/男友见面就说：i like you damn well. 就基本死菜了。
再比如咱们这帮朋友出去吃饭，你要是说"hi ladies and gentlemen, i sincerely want to have delicious Chinese cuisine tonight."会让人感到很寒

I don't think sincerely would be a good translation. It is really a too strong word used here (too much personal emotion). Before this word was frequently used in English business letter-writing as a conventionally formatted closing phrase before the signiture of the writer.
I think translation should not go word-by-word.
It feels odd in the "They are very interested in him and sincerely hoping he can join the dynamic team...", although there is nothing wrong for this sentence.
Actually 很有诚意 is a 客套话, 赘语, because "very interested in" has already expressed that meaning.
I would rather use:
They are very interested in him and so keen (eager) to have him in the team.
or seriously taking him into consideration as the candidate.
or just simply: and would like to expect him to join the team.
Just my 2 cents...

语言的表达方式就象穿衣服一样--要讲究场合. 尤其英语,不是说大词用得越多,语法越复杂就越好,得看在什么场合下用和对谁用.把正式生硬的书面语用于写给很熟朋友的EMAIL当中便显突兀了.如明明是 IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE LET ME KNOW..., 却非用"SHOULD YOU HAVE QUESTIONS...",后者更象是学校发出的通知书.

1.千万不可由中文逐字翻译,往往会出现不合本地文化的用法.
2.they are very interested in him and sincerely hoping he can join the team.
interested in 与 sincerely 重复.应该去掉后面的sincerely.而且sincerely已经被用滥了,最好不用.
另外hope没有ing形式.him用在这里显得很随便,与整句语气不符.
最大路的造句如下.如果要更好的,一定要看上下文的语境
(we/they are impressed with (name) credentials/qualifications and hope that he intends to join our team...
3.有关knee的用法,在北美要小心.这是英式标准用法,在北美一般不用,尤其是书面,显得过于kiss ass...
so knee 改为are enthusiatic about having him...更标准.

英语里好象没有这两个词.PROBABILITY 和 CONNECTION 有一点缘分的意思,却都不贴切."有心计"有点贬义, STRATEGIC 和 SOPHISTICATED 太褒,TRICKY 和 SNEAKY又太贬. 临时想出来的,别见笑啊.
