超速罚单

昨天在七号公路上吃了个超速罚单,超了三十六公里,看来只有上厅试试运气了,有几个问题请教各位:
1. 是不是应该先延期上厅时间?会不会被认为态度不端正?
2. 听说如果警察不到场就没事了,那是不是要求语言服务机会就更大些呢?
3. set fine of $216,total payable $271,到底是罚多少呀?

1. 是不是应该先延期上厅时间?会不会被认为态度不端正?
> Of course you need to confirm the time. Dress code should be business casual. shirt, pants/jeans, shoes.


2. 听说如果警察不到场就没事了,那是不是要求语言服务机会就更大些呢?
> You will win if the police officier doesn't appear in courts provide that you have to request to challenge the evidence. You can reuqest intrepeter service but won't help with the case.

3. set fine of $216,total payable $271,到底是罚多少呀?
> If you decided to pay, $271 is the amount.

P.S. Make sure if there is a 'R' on the ticket, means the police officer already gave you a reduction, means your speed is more than 36km/h over the posted limit. If you lose your case in court, the judge might gives u the original speeding speed (results in more fine, more insurance and more points)
