[提问]关于手机不满一年改签PLAN的问题

月初的时候,我在RIDEAU的TELEPHONE BOOTH买充电器,结果他们跟我介绍了一个PLAN是FIDO的,还不错,比我当时用的ROGERS的那个好,然后我说,我的手机是ROGERS的PLAN,而且没有签满一年,他们说没关系,从ROGERS到FIDO转是不要钱的,只要你用满了6个月.而且我仍然是使用原来的号码.所以不会有任何附加的费用...我说,如果有怎么办?他们说,如果有让我拿去,他们帮我去把这笔钱解决...然后今天我收到我的ROGERS帐单,果然CHARGE了我200多刀的费用,理由就是我不满一年就停了我的PLAN..但是我在想,如果明天拿去,他们不收怎么办那?...万一收了,但是扔在一边不处理的话,不是很麻烦吗?
有人遇到过这样的事情吗?都怎么处理的啊?

fucking same problem here, don't care about the fucking rogers stupid things.
same store, same word, fucking same situation.
U should go to booth to talk to the fuckers there. but i don't think they will justice this shit,they are salesmen, their goal is to sell thing, they will never care about their service.
the only way is to talk to their fucking costermer service, but you know, custormer service in Canada is just a piece of shit, if u give money to them, you are custormer, if u don't, o god, u r just the fuckers in their mind. when u call rogers, they will let you call bell, when u call bell, they will let you call rogers. so there is no solution for this shit. the fucking rogers will never cancel the fucking cancellation fees.
so, we are cheated, u know, we were stupid asshole, don't think canadians are honest, if u think so, you are fucked
 
Actually, I got a plan for u.
You call their customer service department.
Then you talk to the service rep, ask he/she to redirect you phone call to a manager.
...They will cope with your complaint properly.

没关系的,我也是上个月从rogers 转到fido的,情况跟你的一样,当时签fido的时候说没有cancel fee, 结果受到帐单200多,打了电话个rogers,说明了情况,rogers就把那张帐单cANCEL了
 
我的更nb,类似的事情,本来说没有activation fee,结果給我加了,我打了电话,那个人说改,我说你们怎么这种事情都可以搞错,浪费我时间,得給我补偿,那个人说那免费給你一个月的early unlimited evening吧,我说給半年的吧,那个人说好。所以我现在有半年的free early unlimited evening

我知道,如果满一年是可以免费改PLAN的...可是现在不满,我就怕他们用这个话来压我...
我明天打算去TELEPHONE BOOTH看看,因为当初他们承诺我,如果我FEE,把帐单拿给他们,他们来处理..听你这么说,我似乎应该打电话给ROGERS...

我不要免费电话的,只要把那笔多的CHARGE,取消就可以了...

我是在美国的at&t,加拿大rogers应该更容易的

你就是要用非常失望的口气,就不停的叹气,然后说 "you need to communite better between your departments, i didn't think this was something so complicated, i am really disappointed" 一类的话
 
以后哪怕是改 PLAN内容都要小心,没准他们就把你3年的PLAN再RENEW一下。还有WIRELESS绑HIGHSPEED+TVCABLE+HOMEPHONE等拿DISCOUNT的时候都要小心。他们经常把你的PLAN给延期,上次他们偷偷那么干了一次。我骂了他们20 多个电话才把PLAN给我改回原来的期限
