Acanac 一年期满需要renew,但$18.95每月只对新用户有效，老用户暴涨至$33.95含税，巨不爽，哪位有半年以上的每月少于＄30的类似Service?争取半年后变成新用户再回来。

偶用Bell Sympatico的 highspeed ADSL. 一年的contract: 前2个月免费，然后4个月19.95, 后6个月34.95， 含modem rental fee. 无流量限制。平均下来每个月(19.95x4+34.99x6)/12=24.125

注：偶不是新用户，已经用bell sympatico快4年了。

You said that you already with Bell Sympatico for 4 years. For the overall four years, is your average still $24.13?

I have been with Bell Sympatico for many years as well and I always have to check their bills carefully. I am currently paying about $44.95 with modem.

If you get the same rates every year, I'll contact them and see what can do.

后来给bell打电话，得到的是$30/月的一年合同。

合同到期之后，给bell打电话，要求与Acanac， CIA/3WEB等公司做price match。但他们不给，只给了偶上面提到的合同，即平均$24.125/月。

记住要给bell的public relation部门打电话，他们有挽留老客户的价格优惠政策和权利。

给bell sympatico打电话要注意技巧，要有耐心。你付$44.95/月实在是太贵了，可以给bell打电话要求优惠。下面这个连接有一些新信息：

I'm very frustrated with Bell of their constant billing mistakes ... this is why I checked their bills carefully each time.

我想试试PRIMUS，能否在不断SYMBATICO情况下用PRIMUS，因为PRIMUS用SYMBATICO的线，也就是说，一个电话接口对两家公司都有效。

bell新出了一个叫什么performance的，反正里边很多乱七八糟的条例，申请之前一定要看好了。 现在还可以做price match,直接打电话进去说cancel. 应该会被转到retention Q,那么就好办啦。。。。可以要一些比较好的deal,最简单的是直接找manager说，然后就说，怎么怎么让你失望。。。总之就这类的，比较好用
对于manager 来讲，多一事不如少一事。。。。

Help needed - Primus DSL

我觉得primus还行~~价格也不高30之内把

I just swithed to Primus, and have a problem to connect the router (Trendnet TEW-432BRP). Primus doesn't provide support regarding router, and I could not get through router's service phone line. I tried reset, but did not work.

Any idea? Any help would be appreciated.

Primus DSL Service是出奇的烂的，电话是很难打得通的，不通是正常的，通了是运气的，一般是不建议使用的。
