Bell DSL BT downloading speed ..//getting way slower,,,to 20kb /s

is it just me or it 's bell's problem..

Bell DSL BT speed, used to be 500 kb/s
now only around 30 kb/s

anyway, plz write something here if you use bell ,and you feel like..
