首次购新房有GST退税吗?

不是吧,只要你升级的时候把钱交了,就不算在房价里面了
这个是minto的人跟我说的


Different builder has different rule for this. Ask your bulider if you can pay upgrade separately, for sure you can save big money.
 
我们已经升级了两次了,还剩最后一次没有谈,前两次的钱都是直接给了支票的(这样还有3%的discount),房价就不包括升级费用了。
 
一次看MINTO的房子, 一白人和我说, 如果UPGRADES给现金/支票, 就可免GST. 那个人是在AVALON区买的TOWNHOUSE.

My builder(Urbandale) said if pay update separately, the update amount is still in total sale price, and then I can't save property tax. What else do I miss?
