首次购新房有GST退税吗?

不是吧，只要你升级的时候把钱交了，就不算在房价里面了
这个是minto的人跟我说的

Different builder has different rule for this. Ask your bulider if you can pay upgrade separately, for sure you can save big money.

My builder(Urbandale) said if pay update separately, the update amount is still in total sale price, and then I can't save property tax. What else do I miss?

agreement of purchase in july 2007, closing day at feb 2008,who knows GST 5% or6%?
