I understand that term has the same benefit of the permanent, but I am not sure if union can help with the unstable nature of the term, or at least to stop agency from canceling the term anytime before the term ends. What is the policy to cancel the term before the expiration date? This term is longer than 12 months. Is this type of term likely to be transferred into permanent? How long is probation period typically? Thanks!
