请问有用Tankless Water Heaters的吗？

正在忧郁是用普通的hot water tank还是 Tankless Water Heaters。
salesman说Tankless Water Heaters好还节能，但是我感觉中国过去用这个，现在更多人用tank。为什么中国都已经不愿意用了，这里反而认为是最好的呢？

You rent or buy. I heard the rental is about $35 dollar. Since we only used about 20 dollar of gas for hot water. If it saves 10 dollars gas each month. the rental is still 15 dollars more than tank.

对，是从sears租的。是贵了一些，但是salesman说以后政府不让用hotwanter tank了，就象现在不让生产不节能的furnace和AC一样。
