Yes, I agree.
Bell called us to transfer into their Internet service, we agreed that their promise to give us 6mbps speed and 6months half price. On July 25th their technician came to setup the Internet. On the spot, the technician found it is not 6mbps -- it's only 1mbps speed! So I called Bell -- They told me that it needs 10 business days to upgrade to 6mbps as their promised speed. But, the problems more than that --- Not only the much slower speed, it also no 6months half price! In this case, I told them I cannot use it and want cancel it immediately. They said "OK' with no charge and gave me a cancellation number.
Ha Ha! After that time, I received three different billing letters. Bell wanted charge me $185, $165 and another is $136. For it I had to call Bell more than 10 times! It cost much time, Bell may hope me give up to call them. Finally, on 14th last month, they told me all those billings are not correct and already waived, there is no any charges on my account.
Ha Ha Ha!!! I received another billing of $169.50 yesterday! Said it is for Modem not returned! BUT, I already returned the modem two months ago with Post Office Stamp!
You see, I think still have a long trouble way to go with Bell!!!
Yes, Based upon my experience, BELL looked as if 耍无赖.
