手工精細，收費低, very reliable and dependable。70 年的老房，老袁 replaced all cast iron pipes and renovated all bathrooms. I have used few contractors before, so far 老袁 is the best. After moving in, my kitchen galvanized pipe drain was broken. 老袁 was able to come in very short notice and replaced the pipe, quickly and professionally.
