We had Mr. Yuan come to renovate our home. It's the home we will move in to after our wedding so it was very important for us. He far exceeded our expectations! His work was meticulous, he was very diligent at getting things done and even going to pick up materials for us that we didn't get a chance to buy, and his price was very reasonable. Mr. Yuan renovated our main bathroom and powder room, installed ceramic flooring in our kitchen, installed hardwood in all bedrooms, and installed a hardwood stairs. We were especially happy with the result of the stairs, which was very difficult but which he did an amazing job on. He also did some repairs for us that were issues in the house we bought, without charge.

卫生间---做上下水管道安装及连接（rough-in 及hookup),做浴盆，淋浴，坐便器，手盆安装，及老卫生间修补和翻新（regrouting and caulking)
地 面---铺地板，包括硬木地板，复合地板，硬木地板打磨-refinishing,贴瓷砖，等。
厨房装修，安装橱柜，台面，backflush.
室外： replace entrance door and storm door.
天 棚---做固定式drywall ceiling 或活动式 suspended ceiling 及potlight. specialize suspended ceiling., also reapir popcorn ceiling.

管道疏通 直径1.5-2寸， 起价$80 包括一小时，此后每小时$50。封顶$200保通，不通不收费。直径3-4寸，起价150， 包括一小时，此后每小时$50，封顶 $300。保通， 不通，收取$50。保修6个月。
安装部分：
安装维护自动车库门garage door opener,双-100, 单-80; 换车库门cable.
加湿器 , whole house humidifier $150.,电热水器（tank/tankless) $150 with exsiting wire洗碗机 80; 排油烟机60-80，做排烟道，价格面议。接冰箱水管60-80 ,washer and dryer(each $30), 窗帘　$20-30 for each。, garden hose faucet repair or replace. ]安装中央吸尘器centre vecum system 同时安装厨房橱柜和台面， 价格面议。

其他类： 职业油漆，15 年本地油漆工，价位低，质量好。换门锁，修理门窗，做楼梯地毯，家居杂活 等。
