你自己找找2000年左右修的独立房,西岛比较好的区,2000尺以上的,现在要多少钱。
不要说西岛。现在brossard 新区的独立屋都至少45万以上。

60年代的房子最结实了!
在渥太华,100老的房子一点也不便宜啊!

according to the city of Ottawa projection, the number of new immigration coming to this city in the five years since 2006 will be much less than the the five years before 2006. less new jobs available, less new comers, less demand for house.

就像前几年一样,顶多贵个2-3万,形势好,继续涨的话,谁担心这多的2-3万呢。

怕就怕形势逆转,逼得要去其他地方讨生活时,或砸手里或跌成白菜价了。。

OTTAWA -- New house sales plunged 65.9 per cent in November to just 156 units as buyers fled the market while they wait for the global economic crisis to ease.
The Ottawa Home Builders Association said that it was the worst month for sales in any month over the last decade.
Sales of single-family units fell the hardest, down 72 per cent to just 58 units. Low-rise units which includes semi-detached and townhouses fell 60 per cent to 98 sales.
Only 13 condominium apartments were sold during the month.

就像前几年一样,顶多贵个2-3万,形势好,继续涨的话,谁担心这多的2-3万呢。

“贵个2-3万”相当于10%,我觉得挺多的。相比5年前,房价加倍了。可怜那些等了5年的。继续等,“否则5年白等了”。我支持!
 
如果条件允许,买房自住有什么好亏的?我有个同事不舍得花钱买房子,把省下来的钱都投到股票和基金里了,还不是亏得一塌糊涂,还不如早买大房子早享受大房子带来的舒适呢!
