通风是个好办法。最简单的，可以把furnace fan打在ON的位置上，吹上个把小时。
要是窗上有过多的水分凝结，不该调高温度，反而该把温度调低些。
温度高了，屋里相对湿度是低了，但绝对湿度并不会因此降低。同时，室内外的温差大了，不单是水分更容易在冷热界面上凝结，而且屋里的相对湿度过低的话，对人对房对家具都不好。
在冬天，若室内相对湿度一定，室内外的温差越小，窗上水分凝结就越少。另外，外面越冷，室内的相对湿度就越是容易偏低。
按Minto的建议，冬天的室内湿度该保持在35%到45%之间，Tarion的说法是30%到45%。天气特别冷的时候，湿度低到30%也无大妨碍。30%以下，不单是人的感觉不舒服，木地板和木质家具也容易干裂。若湿度过高，不单是窗上会有很多水（或冰），严重的时候连保温差些的墙上都会变潮。
冬天，为了容易控制湿度，在自己不觉得冷的前提下，可以尽量把室内温度调低些。

通风是个好办法, But it will not help to reduce room tempertature without a humidifyer. The glass fog is condensation of water vapour from the room air. It means that surface temperature of the interal glass is lower than dew point temperature of the room air. The dew point temperature deponds on the absolute humidity in the room air. If you don not use a humidifyer in the winter, the higher room temperature results the lower absolute humidity in the room air, becauce an exchange air rate will larger in high temp. It look like more通风. In other hand, high room temp will increase a liitle bit of glass surface temp. Both lower absolute humidity and little higher surface temp of glass will help to reduce fog in the window glass.
If you use a humidifyer and keep same relative humidity, high room temp will be high absolute humidity and result more fog. You'd better set a low temp.
