还是不明白TFSA，为什么银行要收管理费啊？ 存在里面的钱，是不是退休的时候才能拿出来呢？ 在里面的钱可以做什么样的投资？

Only interest is tax free,and if you deposit more than 5000 in this account each year, you'll get fined.

Yes. Everyone 18 years old and up can open his/her own TFSA account.

Yes, just like tianf said, anyone in your family 18 years old and up can open his/her own TFSA account, maximum $5000 per person per year.
