洗碗机不工作了

洗碗机通常工作几年啊？我的买了５年多啦，GE。昨天按了START键后，光听见ENGINE的声音，没水。后来不知按啦什末，声都没啦。该买新的啦？
有懂修理的吗？想看看还有救没先。先谢啦。

看看说明书。

再看看，是否那个机关位置不对。

未必是坏了。

洗碗机应该能要10年吧， 但GE的质量不太好， 会折寿一些。

不收。简单的办法，是让送货的人把旧的拉走。当然，得支付点钱。

If everything else works, it might be the water inlet valve problem. It's very common with GE dishwashers.
You can buy one here: Water Valve, Inlet | Reliable Parts
I replaced mine and it works fine now.

谢谢ffff， 信息很有用。我现在有个问题：您知道怎么能RESET SETTING 吗？ 我不知按了哪些按扭， 现在ENGINE 也不响了，想拔电源，可找不到线。难到只有卸下机器了吗？
哎，没了机器，真不习惯呀。。。

If you pull the machine out of the counter, you will see the power cord plug.

Or, go to the basement and find the power panel; Turn off the switch and then turn it back on after a few seconds. This could reset the machine.

I fixed it. Thank everybody for their responses. Thought I should post my fix here in case other people have the similar problem.

The problem seems because the water measure stuff ( at the bottom left side in GE) got stuck. So it can not test if the water reaches the limit. So no water came out. I shaked a bit the measure thing, then I pulled out the machine, shutted down the power, the machine got reset. Dah, dah, it's fixed.
