Question about Baby's conspitation problem??

My baby is 4 months old. He always has conspitation problem. He usually has bowel movement once every 2 or 3 days. We give him breastfeeding and formula combination. Could someone give me suggestion how to deal with this problem?

请问宝宝每次便便是很困难的吗？如果都是正常的，2-3日才一次，全母乳喂养的甚至7-10日才有大便也是正常的。
