100%要赔，法律就是这么写的。
如果就是一个送报纸的，在你家口摔伤，因为冰雪没有处理干净。那就是你的责任。
当然，保险公司据说涵盖这一部分的内容。而每一栋房子的保险是必须的，否则违法。
所以，我学的很乖，扫完以后还要在容易结冰的地方撒上盐。
还有，其他孩子在你家里受伤，如果是因为房子的装修和摆设问题，也有责任哦。具体请咨询律师。
赶紧叫救护车。还有，别忘了找证人，拍照片。（我估计隔壁邻居也可以作证。）尽快联系律师，刚查到只有七天的起诉期限。

If your theory is true, let's do an assumption.
If someone (delivery person) comes to your house and pretend to slip, he blames your icy drive way. How do you prove "所以，我学的很乖，扫完以后还要在容易结冰的地方撒上盐"? If I am the judge, should I trust the delivery person or you?
So the clue is everybody can come to your house and slip on your drive way, everyone can rip you off and "如果缺少什么出租文件，弄不好可以倾家荡产哦"?

2) "reasonable steps " If the owner cleaned driveway after snow and try to remove the ice when he sees it. But this does not mean own has to be there all the time to remove the ice. It could be said owner take the "resaonable step" The rest is act of God.
It is winter and it is ottawa, common sense tell you black ice could be everywhere. A personal should take reasonable steps to insure his own safty..
