有用ACANAC的INTERNET的吗？断线3天了怎么办

家里用ACANAC的INTERNET,已经断线3天了。技术支持的说 要等到24号。有类似情况的吗？

After I swithed to Acanac, I experienced a 2 weeks interruption, normally, there is such a chance if you switched from Bell, but it should be fine for those old cable users.

他们搞清楚为什么断线了吗？没找到原因等多久也没用呀。

上星期断线5天, 是Bell的线路故障.用了近一年, 还是不错的.

今天下午自动恢复了，估计也是同样的问题，bell线路故障。

ACANAC 是租用了BELL 的线路，所以就时不时有线路不畅的现象发生。

另外ACANAC第一年的计划很优惠，19刀左右。过了一年就自动涨到34刀每月。大家是怎么处理的？终止计划再申请？
