两名中国留学生在渥太华划艇失踪或已死亡

今天志愿者们分成8组，搜寻了从park到Booth st.的河岸两侧， 志愿者的工具有限，也没有适合的搜索船，仅靠望远镜观察河面，没有发现任何有用的信息。 警察按规定16小时停止搜救，在四天内开始打捞作业。

一位失踪者的家属于今晚到达，另一位的父母正在办理相关出国手续。

1. 失踪学生上船的地方。
2. 空船发现处
3. 由于河道突然收窄产生的巨大激流
4 . Booth St. Mill, 此处由于发电机组的原因， 设有很多过滤网，如果失踪者遇难不会超过这里。

News stories tell facts. At this point, this news story should only say, "两名中国留学生在渥太华划艇失踪". It is still too early to tell their whereabouts/what has happened to them, and it is only speculation at this time.
