大家知道 Dean's Honours List 是什么吗?

朋友最近收到一封学校寄给他的信,说他 have been placed on the Dean's Honours List .

上网查了一下 也没有查出来被加到这个list有什么好处....

对咱们学生有什么好处吗,是不是奖学金的一种啊:~)

希望知道这个是什么东西的朋友出来说说,这对我们有啥好处?

你如果是移民/公民，应该可以拿到助学金

This is indeed true. It really has no effect on you as a student. Once your overall GPA is above certain level which may be different for different universities, then you are automatically be on that list. No money, no reward, no nothing. And absolutely no help in finding job. I have had a few times. It is not such a big deal at all.

It means nothing practically. No money, no reward, no help for work searching. It only means that you have studied hard and well.
