因为某原因, 需要今晚签协议, 但是来不及请律师, 又发现协议条文中有一些疑点(对买方很不利).

协议: Agreement of Purchase and Sales (the first offer made by purchaser - us).

就你们经验, 这分文件是否一定应该请律师看过再签?

最好是请律师看过再签。
能不能说说哪些条款对purchaser不利？
我手头正好有一分他们的VOID的Agreement。

The Builder is Richcraft. Here are some examples in the agreement that borther me:

x. The Vendor may have the right to alter plans and specifications or substitute materials without notice...

xx. The purchase price in the Agreement may be increased of adjusted by certain additional costs or changes...

I do not think your lawyer can change that.
They descrease the price 2-3 weeks ago! How much will they increase?

Did you mean the Anniversary Promotion Bonas for the inventory houses ($15,000, $10,000 or $5,000). They just show me the new list price dated by Mar 1, 2003 (which is tomorrow), it seems there will be a $3,000 increase, not much, by still money, right?

This what I was told:
The case (like buying a NEW house) is almost done by his/her secretary. The agreement is "standarded", what you want to do is to give him/her money. He/She pass the key to you.
有点夸张,但事实就是这样.

Actually I visited Huntclub office Feb. 14(?), what I remembered is they adjusted $5000 in the end of Jan. or Feb. 7th.
They changed again? Too fast, maybe the inventory houses are all gone! They are all good deal.

No, some of the inventary homes are still there. The prices they are increasing are for the new homes, not inventaries.

I doubt you can change the part you mentioned. I am not sure, but imagine: if it is really a big problem, every lawyer will notice and want to change
that, why Richcraft wants make trouble
to theirsleves with every copy of agreement?
That is just my guess.
Anyway congratulation! You will have a
new house in six months.

Did you buy a house from Richcraft/Minto or whoever a large builder?

BTW, you must be rich, since the house there is very expensive.
