I doubt you can change the part you mentioned. I am not sure, but imagine: if it is really a big problem, every lawyer will notice and want to change
that, why Richcraft wants make trouble
to theirsleves with every copy of agreement?
That is just my guess.

I like some models of Richcraft, some models built by his cousin, but the later's quality is not good.

You have 5 days to cancel the agreement, if your lawyer thinks the agreement is unfair, or you can not apply for mortgage.
So it is not big issue.

Right, Claridge has no quality. You even can see problems in their model homes. Minto has best quality but their designs are too "Canadian" style. I like Richcraft's design most.

But Richcraft is expensive too, compaing Minto.
I found Minto is wide design, Richcraft is narrow and long.

Yeah, it is. Minto's price looks lower, but you have to make many upgrades, like hardwood floor, carpet, stair railing..., which are standard in Richcraft.
