怎么叫做多搭呢，房价两个phase价钱就涨了，加进去的就是HST的价钱

呵呵，你把Builder想得太善良了。。。现在如果出现供不应求，Builder可以叫购房者自付HST与GST的差价，40多万的房子大致有1万的差价。也就是：它长它的价，你交你的税！至少我知道有些Builder原来就打算这么做。
