我用 BELL 公司的服务半年,没有一个月的帐单是对的,一次比一次离谱,想投诉他们,请问这有没有消费者协会?

同情,我们也是类似经历,不夸张的说,没有一次是正确的,每次要打半小时电话互相解释出错的原因,然后他们每次都承诺不再犯错,但下个月,照样。
 
you meant cell phone? rogers even worse, I was sicked and tired to call up and correct them many times; I had to change to fido, pay you go plan, so i can stop their greedy.

I got the same problem with the cell phone in Rogers. Does fido has the 15% package for home phone, cell phone and computer, etc.?

没有, 取消服务吧。
 
没发取消,签了两年合同,提前取消服务要交¥300元罚金,真是上了贼船。难道就没有说理的地方吗?
 
It's been years, they're big companies, complaints are useless. Just don't use their services, there are smaller companies out there doing a better job.
 
现在使用ROGERS账单每个月都不对,老是偷偷地涨价,从来没有看见国白纸黑字的合同,打电话被转来转去,谁也不清楚到底该收多少。
