This normally means you could drive up to 100KM/hr without getting a ticket.

Now that there are going to be more Chinese on the Hunt Club Road, I expect there would be more polices along the way. So, one should keep the over-speed under 15KM/hr to be on the safe side.

Hunt Club Road

So what do you want 168 to do, open up each bottle and inspect?

No. the point is for a customer, if he or she is not happy for whatever the reason, he or she may not come again.

One other thing which again may not havie anything to do with 168 or any other store with similar problems is that the quality of goods procurement is very important. I think you understand what I mean.

I don't think so. From my experience in Vancouver, a store like T&T will actually attract other Chinese-oriented businesses to open around it, and, mark my words, a new "Chinatown" will spring up near T&T in the near future with other shops or even Chinese shopping malls. This is exactly what happened in Calgary in the late 1990s.

The old Chinatown in Ottawa will either become obsolete in a few years, or it will turn completely Vietnamese/Indochinese. I will not be surprised either if some newer ethnic groups will move and change the character of the area altogether.

wayne_li, excellent comments!

People tend to forget 购物环境 also include traffics into/out of the store, check out time etc.

My own belief is that TNT made a major mistake in selecting this location. Too far for people living in Kanata or Orlean, and very inconvenience for cars coming from 417.

What the heck you are talking about, the current numbers of stores in the so-called Chinatown are already 80% owned by people from Indo China. Mind you, some of them are ethnic Chinese.
