关于绿垃圾的新制度

昨天收到明后年收垃圾的安排挂历。看了看，实行收绿垃圾制度后，在冬天，厨房出来的垃圾就得隔一周收一次了。听新闻说还要因此涨税钱，美其名曰增加透明度。这白猪们是不是嫌自己身上还不太臭，不能让别人看着干净，只会在人身上揩油呵？

我就疑惑了，烂菜叶腥鱼臭肉直接放进绿箱，倒完垃圾，箱内壁不得脏死啊！真不知道明年，特别是夏天。这绿箱垃圾怎么放？

规定不允许用任何塑料袋，可自分解的环保塑料袋也不行。

我就疑惑了，烂菜叶腥鱼臭肉直接放进绿箱，倒完垃圾，箱内壁不得脏死啊！真不知道明年，特别是夏天。这绿箱垃圾怎么放？

回答说，就是不能有塑料袋。怎么地，难道倒垃圾的还逐个解开纸袋检查嘛？我就不信勒，非给它来个外痔内装不可。

再说，隔一周一收垃圾，倒垃圾的工作量减少，工资是不是也该下调啊？不能这样去减少财政支出啊?

两个礼拜一次垃圾，估计还得再买一只大垃圾筒。还有那68块大洋是一个月还是一年的价钱啊。

When does the Green Bin program start?

Collection of green bins will not begin until January 2010. So even though your bin will be delivered before January, keep the lid on until organic collection begins. You can refer to your collection calendar for the exact date of your green bin collection – which will fall on your regular collection day, bi-weekly throughout the winter, and weekly during the spring, summer and fall.

What are paper liners and why do we need them?

The City is working with local retailers to ensure you have access to paper-based bin liners. These bags (similar to your yard waste bags) can be used to line the green bin. While not necessary, they do help to keep your bin tidy. For a low cost alternative, try lining the bottom of your bin with crumpled newspaper, and mix yard waste in. 俺对传说中的纸袋子很好奇，看似绿盒子是准备机器提倒的，那么按说衬里的纸袋子就一并倒走了，咱放下个袋子的时候也八成是要冲洗一哈的，不过，冬天能倒出去么？不冻成一个大嘎嗒了？嘿嘿，拭目以待。

夏天还是每周收。问题倒可能是，夏天纸袋更容易受潮破损，还有被鸟或兔子咬开。
