这类问题，得换个角度去回答，把这样的问题变成说明自己长处的机会。

可以从自己在过去的工作中，几乎没有发生过与同事间有矛盾的角度下手。说明自己如何有团队精神，如何能与同事合作，如何重视与同事的关系等等。最后，转折退步讲，即便有什么矛盾发生，自己会认为都是为了工作，不是个人之间的事情，会主动与同事交换意见，表明自己的善意等等。总之，不能说我如果遇到这样的问题，找上级解决。

可以说，做任何工作都会有一定的压力。那么，也是从过去的工作经历中找出一、二个例子，说明自己如何能正视工作压力，如何处理工作任务之轻重缓急。总之，说明自己的工作计划能力强等。

第一个问题, 交流加discuss with the management. 虽然在实际工作中不一定真的适用, 但是是这类问题的比较标准的答案.
