好像加拿大汽车保险是必须有的，强制性的，除非什么地方出现漏洞，疏忽了。因为万一发生车祸，伤及人身或财产，可能需要巨大的赔偿。

房子保险是自愿的，如果借银行贷款，银行会要求必须买保险。

各个保险公司之间很多信息是可以查到的。无法隐瞒。

不用出accident，警察查车的时候，就可能发现。
