请问有人退在ｆｕｔｕｒｅｓｈｏｐ买电视的运费吗？

前几天看一个贴子里说，送到了后凭发票打电话，可以退那５５刀的运费。

不能退吧, 要不商家不赔死去了.

还没有送货，所以没有退钱呢。他们现在的政策是购物39元以上，免运费。
