紧急求住：我在futureshop买了hp电脑２００８ 年八月份， ２００９年７ 月， motherboar 坏了， 包修期１年， hp给换了新的motherboard ２００９年 ９月， 昨天motherboard 又坏了， futureshop 说包修期过了， 他们不管了， 这也太让人生气了！！！！请问各位大侠， 我该怎么办？ 谢谢各位！

never buy a HP.................................................can't power up(motherboard problem? sent back to fix), battery last lest than 1 minute, wireless is not working(have to use usb now), dead pixels, 3 usb outlet, but can only use 2, because my wirelessusb is a big bigger and they designed two usb too close, so only 1 usb actually........

我最怕买HP的东东，呵呵，我曾买过它的打印机，打印了两次，三张纸就挂了！没买保险，要我自己寄回HP修!不知是打印机贵还是邮费贵，最后当倒霉，把它存在地下室了！！

Check HP's website. it sometimes offers extended warranty to some of its models, because of design defects.

it fixed my power problem(I believe it was motherboard related) even after 1 yr. but they wouldn't replace my battery(last than 1 min, which is definitely a manufacturing problem), wouldn't change my monitor(discovered the dead pixels just after a few weeks of purchasing), wouldn't fix my built-in wireless(died after 2 yrs).....
