There's certainly a lot of choice. The recertified TomTom ONE leads the way in terms of price and features ($60 for a GPS with text-to-speech is tough to beat), but if you have a strong preference for the Garmin brand you can, for instance get a new Nuvi 205 for $89.99 or a recertified Nuvi 255 with text to speech for the same price. $89.99 is probably the lowest price we've seen for a Garmin GPS with text-to-speech so far.
