唉，长话短说了：
上周二 UPS 把破机子送到到今天已经 9 天了， 从把机子寄去修到现在已经快 1.5 月了。 现在 MvixUSA 给我机子还没寄出，昨天 UPS 已经上们来查这个破机子了。 俺不在家，他们在门上贴了条 (见图)。
另一个问题是： MvixUSA 不能保证会寄一个同样功能的机子来： 现在我这个是可以选择声道的 (比如英文，中文)，而将寄来的这个，他们没说新的，也说不能保证能选择声道。
邪就邪在这儿： 同样是 MX-800HD，同样包装，同样价钱，但里面用的 chip 不一样。
上周发了两次 email (多次麻烦村长帮我改英文)，只到昨天他们才回： 不能保证。

An upgrade is not really necessary to me. Please just send me a replacement player that can play the same media as the current one I bought.
It is my sincere hope that this replacement player will do what I paid for: entertaining without annoying malfunctions and troubles like in the past five months.

Dear Matthew,
I choosed MX-800HD, from among many other brands, because the player met my requirements and passed the following pre-tests:
- Plays Chinese subtitles
- Plays two audio tracks (usually Chinese, English, so it can be used as a English learning machine)
- Reads file names that contain Chinese characters (not a must but nice to have)
- ...
Thus, it is my sincere hope that this replacement player will do what I paid for and be entertaining without annoying malfunctions and troubles like in the past five months.
Again, all your assistance in this matter is very much appreciated.
By the way, I just noticed that MX-800HD and MX-880HD are sold at the same price of $169 in your e-store.

We can not guarantee that you will receive a 800hd with a dts chip.
But you should receive confirmation with shipping once we ship it.
