新车生锈正常吗？

去年夏天买的新车，就过了一个冬天，车后边和轮子上边的部分漆都生了小锈点，车一个冬天都停外边，这种情况正常吗？如果正常，怎么能弄掉那些小锈点？如果不正常，ＤＥＡＬＥＲ会给免费处理吗？　先谢谢了。

it's not really rust with your car (if they are very small dots), it's something you picked outside the car while driving...so if you clean them carefully, they can be removed (some people buy the kit from CT to remove the dots).

这叫“rail dust rust".简单的说就是金属尘埃（多半是刹车的粉尘）集附在车身表面生成的锈斑。
