我家闺女一般是8点半左右睡,一觉睡到3、4点钟,通常换尿布,吃奶,躺在床上玩半个小时左右,然后又睡着了,到6、7点钟醒。我觉得你儿子睡觉挺好的啊
加大运动量看看,每天户外时间5小时,当然去图书馆、博物馆的时间也算在内。
