My neighour told me to brib city garbage guy to collect my renovation garbage!


This Tuesday, when City garbage guys didn't want collect my renovation garbage, they did collect my next neighbour's (they got lots of renovation garbage too), and when I asked if they could do my garbage, my neighbour came to me, he told me he gave them lots of cash, he advised me to give them cash, they could collect my garbage as well!
