I finished mine today. For this year process, 105 people were invited for the interview and it will take them 2~3 month to finish the interview process.. was told "Please do not expect anything will happen soon".... But was told next time will only be the meet and greeting, no formal interview ....

The number is for total I guess. For my opinion, the number is not big deal, the big deal is whether there will be any vacancy next year as someone said the budget wiil be a little bit tight for next year. BTW, One of my friend is still in the 2009 Pool and did not receive any call yet.

That's true. There is a budget freeze for at least current fiscal.

But if you count how many people is retiring across all fed departments and agencies, that number may not be that big as it first appears.

Level 2 should be fairly easy to obtain if you consider your English to be avarage. I found the most challenging part was spelling. But may be because I didn't do any preparation.

the most challenging part is vocabulary for me. I got 9 of 24.
