能比我悲惨嘛？ 半年了。。。still on the second tier of the 4 tiers process...and look like it's a impending doom...据说，我肥了一个competency...现在request an Individual feedback...well, god only know how long it is going to take or if It will work...even I am lucky enough to have it work, I still have technical exams to take....
oh, man....
How do you know you are "the second tier of the 4 tiers process"? I want to figure out mine.

3. Project management (>60%)
4. Technical (such as Java, etc...in my case SAS or Cobol, >60%)

that's why I said you are lucky. in my case, I have to obtain level 2 for those competencies, which means writing pages for behaviour scenarios, you on the other hand, only need to answer questions or do multiple choices( you can only obtain level 1 for those competencies through multiple choices, which I already did)...
stop complaining man....if you complain, maybe I should start shooting...
