交通不方便， 离城里太远，那个区是养老用的， 也没有好学校，慎重考虑。

那边是喝井水，水质很硬，即便用了Softener也会在Kettle留下白色沉淀。
环境倒是不错。

I know that house

I have seen that house not long ago. The environment is very good. But it is not convenient. Also that community is not as well-known as the the near-by community of Sunset Lake. Even in the Sunset Lake community the house price did not follow the ups in the other areas around Ottawa. houses themselves are very beautiful.

我的确喜欢该房子，不过该区似乎没有其他新区好。还有一个更大的疑惑是该房子后面一大片空地，不知道将来会如何开发。这会关系到该房子的未来升值与否。
