一般的橄榄油olive oil是可以炒菜的,只是extra virgin olive oil是不适合炒菜的,virgin olive oil也不太适合。

Its high smoke point (410ºF or 210ºC) is well above the ideal temperature for frying food (356ºF or 180ºC).
