I am also a Teksavvy user and I hate Bhell/robbers as much as you do. However, the problem is that after the rule of the game changes, you will pay the same or even higher price to small ISPs for a inferior service. The selling point of small ISPs were the unlimited or large usage. Now it's gone!

You are right. Currently these wireless companies' unlimited data offer does not work well with video streaming.

But for browsing, BT, Emule, live data stream(from market), it is enough.

Best way to do is to use mixed solution:
- Unlimited Wireless Cell Phone Tethering Data (for most applications, browsing, searching, BT,etc), I am using tethering to post now + Downloading.
- Basic package (25G) from ISP for video streaming use.

You will see this will save tons of money.

我重新看了一下，rogers的那个UBB是针对他的reseller的，例如Teksavvy Cable服务。

Cable的基本带宽上限比DSL的多35G，跟现在的rogers服务一样，Express 60 GB。(Teksavvy Cable Express现在提供200G流量，会被强制降为60G)
