请教在渥太华那家 builder 比较好?

如果买新房子的话，渥太华哪家builder 比较好呢？

请指教。

没有最差, 只有更差
choose your desired location, then check with TARION or BBB for the builders who are building in that area. Go around neighborhood built with that builder and ask home owners' opinion for that builder. etc. etc.

Heard that cardel, monark and some small builders are better than others. But no matter you go with anyone, you always need to be prepared to deal with the worst case. IMHO.

借用我们搞建筑的同行的话来说呢，现在建的都是garbage。

当然我不这么认为。但是说谁的好，那不是绝对的。同样一个建筑公司，同样的subtrades,在不同的superintendent管理下就能出完全不一样的质量来。

我个人看建筑偏向结构方面，大框架建设好了，里面怎么折腾都无所谓。
